What personal data do we collect?
The personal data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Flex2000, within the scope of your business activity and in compliance with the obligations to which you are legally bound.
Flex2000 collects and processes personal data provided by Holders through the various contacts established between the parties, both in person and by telephone, by post or email.
What are the purposes that precede the collection of your personal data and what is the basis for their processing?
Flex2000 ensures that the processing of your personal data is carried out within the scope of the purpose for which they were collected, or for purposes compatible with the initial purpose for which they were collected. Furthermore, we process your personal data for legally stipulated purposes.
Customer and potential customer management
The processing of your data is necessary for the execution of the contract to be concluded between you and Flex2000, or to carry out pre-contractual measures at your request. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to provide you with the services requested or contracted.

Supplier management

On the “Human Resources” portal, the candidate enters their personal data in the form of a response to a “Job Offer” or via a “Spontaneous Application” form.

The personal data collected and processed are preserved, taking into account their purpose, respecting the applicable legal deadlines.

Furthermore, operators are fully responsible for all issues related to user profile data to which Flex2000 does not have access.
